Through stolen elections, greed, and fear, a horrific administration was allowed to rule the USA 2000-2008. It will take more than a lifetime to undo the damage and destruction to the world under Bush's rule. I apologize that my country has done this to the world and for what they are still doing to hurt this world. Like many other once proud Americans, I have turned away from the narrow US view of world master to become a global citizen and appreciative of other cultures and beliefs. I love you world - I will work to make the US a better world citizen.

I refuse to apologize for President Barack Obama's actions. I think he is a fantastic president, he has made many many wonderful changes already, but of course the only one people care to notice is the economy or whatever the hell else it is that is bothering them. You people need to stop pointing the finger at the President and look in the mirror instead if your're so dissatisfied with your miserable existence. YES WE CAN! GO OBAMA!

(However I would like to apologize for BUSH)

Dear People of the World,

I apologize for nothing, so we killed a few Indians, stole a lot of land, and declare war whenever we get bored. It's what we do, so just wait your turn.

Sincerely,

Billy Bob

I am sorry for our President Barack H. Obama. I am sorry that he is bowing down to the other leaders of the world. I am sorry he is appeasing Terrorists. I am sorry he is turning our nation into a second class nation. I am sorry he is working to destroy our freedoms.

I'm sorry that George Bush screwed everything up for everybody. I'm sorry that he was able to fool a lot of people into thinking he was some sort of knight in shining armor. I'm sorry that he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. I'm sorry that he took the U.S. into war with two seperate countries at the same time, resulting in 6328 deaths. I'm sorry to the families of those who have died unnecessarily. I'm sorry that the U.S. congress has allowed Bush to walk free and not hold him accountable for taking us into war under false pretenses. God help us all.

I am sorry that we as a country have been leading the war for individual freedoms and liberties. It can cause other people great distress when our ideals are so far beyond our individual abilities to live up to them. So i am sorry we are only flawed Americans trying to struggling to be better people every day. Please be patient as we make this transition.
Feel free to join us if you so desire.

Hey world, sorry for believing McCarthy. The cold war really messed up a whole lot of stuff/lives. We pretty much all know he was a liar now, even though a lot of us still believe it better to be dead than red... those of us who understand our wrongdoings with the whole cold war thing will try and convince others.

Dear Rest of The World,
I am truly sorry for our 43rd president, he really was an idiot. He refused to listen to the American people and anyone else for that matter. He felt that we should police the world and get into fights that didn't exist. He exacerbated the problems of the world.

Sincerely,

Aaron, a 16 year old American.

To all the world, this Americans have -BADWORD-ed up the world thing is a horrible stereotype, that you can see many Americans believe. To all my American Brethren, you're just furthering this stereotype. The Americans are NOT to blame, at least not anymore Than the British, the Russians, or the Germans, or any other nation in the world.

We screwed up the world. Yes, we did. Pride and patriotism aside, we managed to destabilize a country that did nothing to us in a matter of a few years. We funded terrorist groups in the 70's and 80's only with our selfish need to take down USSR. We have crusaded against weapons of mass destruction while North Korea sets of nukes under our noses. Sorry.

I'm sorry that much of the money that america comes by is made through exploiting other countries and their people. I'm sorry that we, as a society (though there are many many individuals that do not conform to this),are literally selfish pigs, shoveling material items into our lives llike our life depended on it, much of which was bought with loaned money from china. I'm sorry that we have the best military in the world, but are so unwilling to do compassionate work with it, but all to ready to invade other countries for a few peoples own personal agenda. And lastly I am sorry that now, even when we have an intelligent, compassionate man in office, whose main fault is the want to compromise with the republicans, we still are unable to do anything helpful, even for our own citizens, due to the fact that their are still ignorant people in position's of power who are unwilling to look at anyone elses point of view because they are to wrapped up in the black and white views. I am truely sorry

Not only am I sorry for what Bush inflicted on the world, really, I'm also sorry for my fellow Americans who, very likely were embarrassed to BE Americans for the first time.

I hope you (world) can forgive us as a collective. We're not all shit-heads. Some of us really want to do the right thing. Take a lesson from us. It doesn't take too many idiots to -BADWORD- up the place.

Once again....sorry.

I am sorry, World, that most of the citizens of the U.S. are ignorant, hot tempered, and stubborn. People keep criticizing Obama, when I really think he is doing a great job as our president. Some people want him to fail, but they don't realize that if he does something wrong, the whole nation feels it, not just the democrats. All the people who criticize everything Obama does, are the same people who sat back and let Bush, a republican, screw up this nation. Now lets let Obama fix it, because I know he can.

World, I'm sorry that we're a lazy and ridiculous country that wants to blame all our problems on our president because it's convenient. I wish I could say we really give a crap, but most of us don't. We're all too happy to shove the blame off on someone else and keep living with wealth and privilege we never earned and don't deserve. I'm sorry to the Americans who are trying to make a difference for the better while all these people on this website offer their condolences to a world they don't care at all about.

I'm sorry that we, the people of the United States, have gone on so long allowing our government to bolster its central power. A big federal government is the enemy of individual rights, and that doesn't just apply to health care.

Health care has gotten many of us up in arms, but the many other issues such as the disputes over abortion, gay marriage, the war on drugs, and others are all a threat to or direct violation of our individual rights to choose how we live our lives. In a free country, no one should be considered a criminal unless they have done something to harm or infringe upon someone else.

I am so sorry for the man in the White House. I don't even know if we can call him President. I want to say this --- I DID NOT VOTE FOR HIM! For the ones that did -- How do you like him now? How's the change working for you?
